Tragic News - July 7
Willie's Dad, Tony, had surgery last Wednesday, seemed to come out of it fine, but then did not seem to recover, was in a lot of pain, and was suffering from anxiety attacks. Willie flew down Sunday to be with him, but Tony passed away before she got there. Doug is still is Wisconsin, and plans to drive down to Mississippi starting 7/8, aiming to arrive in Noxapater 7/10. Needless to say, this had thrown our plans into complete uncertainty. We will almost certainly need to stay in Mississippi for at least a month, possibly longer. Tony Haynes was a truly kind, gentle, loving man and his passing weighs heavily on both of us.# posted by Doug and Willie @ 10:43 PM
